ŪRL does not work "Error: Page not found The requested URL was not found on this server.". Got an error after scanning "Scan encountered errors while crawling the starting URLs. Check the login credentials and starting URLs, and verify that the site is working properly."

The app engine runtime wasn't the correct version I got the error RuntimeError: Unknown runtime 'python37'; supported runtimes are 'go119', 'go120', 'go121', 'go122', 'php81', 'php82', 'python310', 'python311', 'python312', 'python38', 'python39'. and had to upate the app.yaml file
