step 6 with configuring the network when setting version of the module to 6.0.0 tf throws an error saying that it can't resolve the versions... What I had to do is I had to remove the whole bucket where the backend is, import already existing resource and run init again. If I tried terraform init -upgrade as suggested by TF and the when I tried terraform apply it had thrown another error - the resource was created with a newer version...
