Managing Deployments Using Kubernetes EngineIr al Laboratorio
Lab instructions need to be updated to include an explicit ---zone parameter when issuing 'gcloud conatiner clusters create' command.
Lab is broken! when I run gcloud container clusters create bootcamp --num-nodes 5 --scopes "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/projecthosting,storage-rw" I get (gcloud.container.clusters.create) ResponseError: code=400, message=v1 API cannot be used to access GKE regional clusters. See http://goo.gl/Vykvt2 for more information.
a bit close on time. Maybe more time, so people can really dig into the kubectl explain commands.
the cloud shell icon is disabled
Some operations took long, and 2/3 of the green pods never left pending state
Lab felt rushed and incomplete. Could be improved with better explanations of the concepts, command params/options and exploration of the output of commands.
Good content - slight issue with earlier command that requires the addition of a zone.
